Anonymity & Privacy

Once you register with us and sign in to our services, you cease to be anonymous. We require your details to process your purchase, verify your identity and deliver the product.

 The information that you provide to Nature's Workshop Pty Ltd is not made available to any outside organizations or groups. We won't sell your name, email or address to any list or service. All orders are handled without compromise to your privacy. Your personal information is kept confidential. The sole purpose of the information we request is to provide you with the fastest possible delivery for your order.

Disclosure of personal information and marketing

Nature's Workshop does not collect personal information unless it is necessary for us to carry out our functions and activities as a retailer. We only collect such information by lawful and fair means and in a discreet way. You may provide us with personal information about yourself or others each time you contact us by phone, fax, letter or email. We need to use this information to provide you with our services and/or products. We will use your personal information only for the purpose of our business as a retailer. Periodically we may use such information to keep you up to date with new products. Please note that other than for the purposes stated herein, we will not provide your personal information to any other party.

The personal information you have provided to us will be kept confidential and secure and will not be accessible for unauthorised use, amendment or disclosure. SHIPPING PROCEDURES


National Shipments

Australia Post is used for most national deliveries, with estimated delivery times between 3-7days. Where an item is over 20kg (please provide "street address" for delivery of goods), an alternative courier we will email you a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.

International Shipments

All International Shipments are shipped via UPS / Fedex or similar, with estimated delivery times between 3-7days. We will email you a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.

Shipping Exceptions

The rates quoted are based on estimates applied to our merchandise. However, some products may require additional handling or special delivery to ship. As a result, shipping charges may vary from those quoted. In the event those rates change, we will contact you first with an approval prior to shipping.

Refund Policy

Every item on our website is described by both photo & written description. If a question remains prior to purchase, please email. Goods once purchased are considered "firm" sale within 7 days of receipt. Under certain circumstances we can exchange but we offer no refund.

Resolution of Differences

We are happy to discuss and attempt to resolve any difficulty a client may have, but if resolution cannot be achieved by mutual agreement, the matter will be resolved by reference to the applicable law in the State of Victoria, Australia.

Shipping and Handling

Every item dispatch by us is in perfect condition and adequately packed for delivery. If damage occurs in transit, please consult the delivering authority e.g. Australia Post, Fed Ex, UPS

 Insurance

All prices include insurance cover.

Damage in transit & Claims

All shipments are sent fully insured. If damage should occur in transit, please notify Nature's Workshop by Phone: 613-9482-2677 or Email claims@naturesworkshop.com.au Please keep all original packaging. We will have the damaged item(s) picked and replacement shipment sent to you.

Under international agreements, the right to claim compensation is limited.

The sender of a parcel has a sole right to compensation, which ceases when the parcel is delivered to the addressee. The addressee has sole right to claim compensation after accepting delivery of a parcel. Either the sender or addressee may waive a sole right to the other or to a third person. Were an addressee thinks that some of the contents of a parcel is missing, or damaged, he/she must notify the local delivering authority immediately . The parcel including the wrapping and packaging must be taken to the delivering authority's office for inspection. If these requirements are not observed the insurance company may refuse to consider any compensation claim.
